In response to the tougher economic climate and despite the worsening market the Guarantee Protection Trust (GPT) in conjunction with GRID has developed for Tapco an unsecured credit facility can be offered to clients. Effectively, this enables Tapco to offer its clients the choice of deferring payment for the remedial work, basement conversion or waterproofing they require or alternatively pay by instalments over an extended period of time.
